Agreement Between Users and EASYEX

The easyex.app website (“EASYEX”) is comprised of various web pages belonging to EASYEX The Terms of Use apply to all the features of the site in question. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

EASYEX is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein(the “Terms”). Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may close your account at any time, upon the fact that all the pending charges are reconciled and your account does not have a negative balance.

Intermediary Role

EASYEX serves only as an intermediary between you and couriers like the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), United Parcel Service (“UPS”), DHL Express, and others. We only provide you with a platform to order their postage, shipping products, and services. We do not provide the courier services ourselves. We do not transport, ship, deliver, or otherwise provide any service beyond simply reselling postage, labels, and the Services we list on the Website.

When we display service options on our Website offered by couriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, this does not mean that we recommend, approve, or sponsor that courier or that courier’s service options. We also cannot guarantee the quality of those services. Your interaction with any courier accessed through the Website is at your own risk.

You agree that EASYEX has no control over the couriers listed on the Website and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or thoroughness of the information on the Website related in any way to couriers or their Services. You acknowledge that EASYEX will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such courier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with the courier.

It is your responsibility to find, open, read, understand, and accept the terms, conditions, or rules of purchase of any courier you select for shipping. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchases abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any courier you select to perform shipping services, including terms and conditions of purchase set forth in a courier's terms, conditions, and rules. For instance, if a courier doesn’t permit the shipment of hazardous liquids, it is your responsibility to comply with those rules. For example, the first time you purchase UPS shipping services through the Website, in order to complete the purchase you will be required to accept certain UPS terms and conditions.

Other Users, Ads, and Third-Party Links

EASYEX may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of EASYEX and EASYEX is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including but not limited to any link or services contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. EASYEX is providing these links or services to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by EASYEX of the site or any association with its operators. Users accept the terms and the use of the links and ads at their own risk and EASYEX is not responsible for any issue that may or might occur at any given moment.

EASYEX doesn’t hold responsibility for possible disputes among the other users. EASYEX will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the data and content. EASYEX is not responsible for any user-created, managed, or imported content in any way. Hereby all users of the EASYEX site agree that EASYEX and all of its employees, managers, agents, developers, testers, and other personnel won’t be held responsible for any loss or damage of the data or the content in any way and EASYEX’s employees will not be mandated to participate in any disputes. For users from California, the United States, you hereby accept the civil code section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

EASYEX Insurance Services and Policies Are Provided by Easypost.com (EASYPOST)

EASYEX offers shipping insurance through a third-party platform, Easypost (easypost.com). This insurance is optional and covers losses or damages as specified in the insurance policy provided by Easypost. EASYEX is not responsible for any claims or disputes related to the insurance coverage. International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by EASYEX from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the EASYEX Content accessed through EASYEX in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EASYEX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. EASYEX reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with EASYEX in asserting any available defenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. EASYEX and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services, and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Termination/Access Restriction

EASYEX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You are not allowed to ship items that are prohibited by Carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS) or by law or regulation of any federal, state, or local government in the origin or destination countries or which may breach any applicable export, import, or other laws. Otherwise, EASYEX has the right to terminate your access to the Site and the related services.

The prohibited and restricted items include, but are not limited to:

• Dangerous goods;

• Hazardous goods;

• Items Requiring Prior Authorization.

EASYEX provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. EASYEX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
